Annette Black

Funeral services for Annette Black (nee Stock), a Chicago native and longtime resident of Skokie, will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday, at Piser Chapels, 9200 Skokie Blvd. (at Church St.), Skokie. Interment will be in Shalom Memorial Park. She passed away Friday, March 7, 2008, in Santa Monica, Calif. She worked at Educational Testing Service and Powers, both in Illinois. She was past benefit chairman of Chicago B'nai B'rith and member of League of Women Voters.

Annette was the beloved wife of the late Paul of 28 years; loving mother of Babette (Barry) Burdick and Laura; fond grandmother of Anna and Andrew Burdick; dear daughter of the late Dora (Isadore) Stock; cherished sister of the late Ruth and Maurice (Helen); sister-in-law of the...
