Cecelia E. Kelroy formerly of Mundelein Funeral services for Cecelia E. Kelroy, 93, of Libertyville, will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday March 29, at Kristan Funeral Home P.C., 219 W. Maple Ave. (two blocks west of Route 45 on Route 176), Mundelein. Interment will follow in Ascension Cemetery, Libertyville.
Born June 27, 1914, in Burlington, Wis., to the late Francis "Frank" and Kathryn (nee Murphy) Kelroy, she died Thursday, March 27, 2008, at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville. Cecelia was a member of AARP and NARFE (National Association of Retired Federal Employees). She served as Village Clerk of Mundelein for several years and was also the Mundelein Postmaster for 18 years until retiring. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Besides her parents, she...
