The memorial visitation for John E. Garcia, 77, will be from 5 p.m. until the time of memorial service at 6 p.m. Monday March 31, at Strang Funeral Chapel & Crematorium, 410 E. Belvidere Road, Grayslake.
Born April 28, 1930, in Chicago, to the late John and Mary (nee McCoy) Garcia, he passed away Friday, March 28, 2008, at Condell Medical Center in Libertyville.
John is survived by his children, Cynthia (Kurt) Trucksess of Michigan, William (Sue) Eastman of Michigan, Robert Eastman of Georgia and Sharon (Mark) Burnette of Michigan; his 10 grandchildren; a nephew of Georgia; a niece of Florida; a sister- in-law of Georgia; and a dear, special friend of 13 years, Joyce Whelan.
