Jack Gilliam of West Chicago Visitation for Jack Gilliam, formerly of West Virginia, will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Sunday, at the Countryside Funeral Home & Crematory, 950 South Bartlett Road (at Stearns Road), Bartlett. His funeral service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Monday, at the funeral home.

Following the services, cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. Born May 21, 1945, in Ethe, W.Va., he died Tuesday, Oct. 20, 2009, in Winfield. He was an employee of Chicago Lighting, loved the outdoors and enjoyed golf, bowling and fishing.
