May 1--The retail mix on Devine Street is getting a boost this spring.

Several shops and businesses are opening there soon, while others have expanded.

One of the largest of the downtown shopping district's new tenants is Half-Moon Outfitters, opening Monday in a 5,750-square-foot space formerly occupied by a rug store.
