Taco Bell Delays Decision on Corporate Headquarters Move. (Originated from The Orange County Register, Calif.)

IRVINE--Mar. 30--Proving a corporate relocation is more complicated than building its seven-layer burrito, Taco Bell Corp. on Tuesday delayed announcing whether it will move its corporate headquarters and about 1,000 jobs to Texas.
The rapidly growing Mexican fast-food chain, a division of PepsiCo, planned to disclose this week whether it would relocate its headquarters to the Dallas-Ft. Worth area.
But citing the complexity of the issues involved, Taco Bell said Tuesday that it would need several more weeks to analyze its options in Orange County and Texas. It would not elaborate.
This is the second time the restaurant company has delayed a decision. Taco Bell had hoped to reach a decision by December but pushed back the date to this week....
