PHILADELPHIA--Oct. 13--The former president and chief executive of Fidelity Federal Savings & Loan Association, of Philadelphia, pleaded guilty in federal court Wednesday to criminal charges of bank bribery and insider trading.

Armondo L. Felicetti faces 15 years in prison and $1.3 million in fines when he is sentenced in January.

The U.S. Attorney's Office in Philadelphia last month charged Felicetti with bribery and insider trading in connection with two separate schemes.

The bribery charge stems from deals Felicetti made with former millionaire real estate developer Carmen J. Calvanese. The developer pleaded guilty last month to charges of bank fraud in connection with several million dollars in construction loans that he obtained from Fidelity...
