Developer Seeks Financing for Temecula, Calif., Entertainment Center.(Originated from The Press-Enterprise, Riverside, Calif.)

TEMECULA, Calif.--Mar. 1--Zev Buffman, whose career is creating entertainment centers throughout the county, takes off next month on what he calls his "dog-and-pony show"- a Wall Street term for the sales pitch in major cities to raise $80 million to finance his Western entertainment center in Temecula.

If his presentations over a two-week period are as effective as he plans, construction of his $100 million project in Old Town Temecula could start in "late May or early June with the entire project completed and open within 12 months."

The 45-acre project will include a Wild West arena, musical shows, saloons, restaurants, a hotel and other entertainment concepts.

Buffman said he and his partners have raised more than $20 million of their own equity...
