Boston Developers Choose Leasing Agent for Back Bay Property.(Originated from The Boston Globe)

Mar. 19--Developers planning a 19-story office building in the Back Bay said yesterday they have chosen a leasing agent and are cranking up their search for tenants in a bid to get the project off the ground.

The Boston real estate firm of Meredith & Grew will be the exclusive agent for the proposed 525,000-square-foot building, on the old Greyhound bus terminal site on St. James Avenue.

"It's a pretty aggressive effort that aims at us getting this building under construction in about a year," said Anthony Pangaro, a partner in Macomber Development Associates.
