Mar. 28--The wealth, in terms of listeners, is spread pretty evenly around the Harrisburg area radio market, according to the most recent Arbitron ratings.
For the second consecutive quarter, a different station is on top in each of the four main age groups. But the traditionally strong stations -- WHP-AM, 580; WNNK-FM, Wink 104.1; WTPA-FM, 93.5; WRKZ-FM, Z-107; and WRVV-FM, The River 97.3 -- continued to dominate the ratings in the fourth quarter of 1995.
Wink finished first among all listeners 12 years of age and older. WTPA was No. 1 among those 18-34 years old, The River topped the 25-54 age group and WHP and Z-107 tied as the most favored by 35- to 64-year-olds.
