Oklahoma Natural Gas Co. Gives Contract Papers to Oklahoma Commission.(Originated from Tulsa World, Okla.)

Jun. 29--Oklahoma Natural Gas Co. Friday submitted copies of its natural gas supply contracts after two of the three Oklahoma Corporation Commissioners ordered their examination.

Commissioners Cody Graves and Ed Apple voted to order the Public Utility Division to inspect ONG's records and books with regard to gas purchase contracts between ONG and Dynamic Resources Inc., PanEnergy Field Services Inc. and an Enogex Inc. affiliate. Commissioner Bob Anthony dissented in both votes.

The commission also granted a protective order, which is routinely given in utility rate cases. Protective orders are used to shield commercially sensitive information from being made public, which could put a company in a competitive disadvantage.
