Feb. 10--If James Bond ever wants to refit his gadget-laden Aston Martin with the latest in high-tech equipment, there's only one man for the job. The name's Ghorbani, Maziar Ghorbani.

Need a replacement for that oil-slick emitter used to elude Goldfinger's minions? How about window glass that can easily stop a half-dozen .44-caliber Magnum slugs, a hidden video camera, an exterior tear gas spray system, tires that run flat for as far as 50 miles or stealth armor panels that can withstand a grenade blast?
