Australian Paper Firm Eyes California's Agua Mansa Enterprise Zone.(Originated from The Press-Enterprise, Riverside, Calif.)

COLTON, Calif.--Apr. 4--Recycling businesses continue to be attracted to the Agua Mansa Enterprise Zone in Riverside and San Bernardino counties where companies can get help with financing and employment.
Latest to look at the zone is Visy Paper, an Australian-owned company considering building a $150 million paper mill to make high-quality corrugated cardboard from recycled paper, Colton officials say.
The plant would employ 150 to 300 workers, and would also bring related businesses including a materials recovery facility and a kitty-litter maker, said Mayor Karl Gaytan.
It would also give city-owned utilities $2.5 million in added revenue.
