Coca-Cola Stock Rises with Case Volume Growth.(Originated from The Atlanta Journal and Constitution)

ATLANTA--Sep. 30--Coca-Cola Co.'s case volume growth for the past three months has been stronger than expected, sending its stock upward after being battered for most of the past 10 weeks.
The Atlanta-based soft drink giant estimated Monday that its worldwide case volume would increase 9 percent to 10 percent during the third quarter, which ends today. That's one percentage point higher than analyst projections.
Coca-Cola's stock closed Monday at $62.56 1/4, up 62 1/2 cents, after being down for most of the past two months. It had been at $72.62 1/2 on June 16.
