Minneapolis-Based Public Relations Firms to Merge.

Jan. 10--Officials of Minneapolis-based Neuger Henry Bartkowski Public Relations and Swenson/Falker Associates say they will merge to create one of the region's largest public relations firms and the largest investor and financial relations practice west of Chicago when measured by number of clients.
Neuger Henry Bartkowski has 23 employees and expects billings for last year to exceed $2.65 million. Public relations clients include Orion Consulting, Slumberland Inc., and Special Olympics Minnesota. Aetrium Inc., ACI Telecentrics and Angeion Corp. are among the firm's investor relations clients.
