Jul. 13--A family counseling clinic will be the first tenant to move into the troubled Palm Court shopping center in Fontana since Ikea moved out more than a year ago.
David Moore and Irwin Hyman of Capital Commercial/NAI have negotiated a sublease of 10,000 square feet in the vacant Old Country Buffet restaurant space to Arrow Counseling Center, a San Bernardino County-run family and children's counseling center serving Fontana, in a deal valued at $1.7 million.
The county will pay $10,800 per month this year and up to $14,525 per month through the remainder of the sublease, which runs through 2010.
