Jul. 27--John Rothenberger is in deep clover.

The 32-year-old entrepreneur has come a long way since he founded his Chantilly-based technology services firm five years ago. Back in 1993, he started with a computer, a fax machine and two phone lines in the bedroom of his Centreville, Va., home.

Today, his firm, Clover Technologies, has blossomed into a $25-million-a year business, boasting 40 employees, with sales growth of 1000 percent per year for five years running. It has a roster of big clients, such as Crestar Bank, USA Today and CarrAmerica.
