Developer to Begin Work Soon on Kansas City, Mo.-Area Office Building.

Sep. 4--Trammell Crow Co. plans to break ground soon on an office building on College Boulevard, a move that promises to add fire to the Johnson County office market.
The 5901 College Building will be built on land that contains the former site of Hyman Brand Hebrew Academy. The four-story building will have 112,000 square feet, said Donald C. Thompson, Trammell Crow's Kansas City area managing director.
The location is just east of the current National Collegiate Athletic Association headquarters and is one of the last remaining College Boulevard development sites. The building will stand across the street from the site of a proposed Overland Park convention center and hotel complex.
