Business School at Duke Rises from 11th to 7th Place in Magazine Survey.

Oct. 12--Duke University's Fuqua School of Business jumped to seventh from 11th place in Business Week magazine's biennial ranking of the country's 25 best MBA programs, its best showing ever. UNC-Chapel Hill's Kenan-Flagler Business School maintained at No. 19.

The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania remains the most difficult to topple: It ranked No. 1 for the third straight time.

Duke was one of five schools showing the most improvement in the survey, along with University of Chicago, University of Michigan, Northwestern University's Kellogg School and Columbia University in New York City.
