Dean of Virginia Commonwealth University's Business School Takes Rutgers Job.

Oct. 13--Dr. Howard P. Tuckman, who has led the Virginia Commonwealth University School of Business since 1993, is leaving to become dean of the Rutgers University business school.
At his new job, which he's slated to begin in January, Tuckman will oversee a 3,200-student program spread across campuses at Newark and New Brunswick, N.J.
"I like it here, but Rutgers called and made me a wonderful offer that was hard to refuse," the VCU dean said.
The New Jersey school's strong executive training programs, its extensive graduate-level offerings and its proximity to New York City, make it an attractive opportunity, Tuckman said.
