Oct. 28--AASTROM: Aastrom Biosciences Inc. lost $3.36 million, or 27 cents per common share, with revenues of $163,000, which consist primarily of research grants, in its first fiscal quarter, ended Sept. 30.
The Ann Arbor-based developer of proprietary medical product systems lost $3.62 million, 27 cents per common share, for the same three months in 1997.
MASCOTECH INC.: Mascotech Inc. expects earnings per common share for the third quarter of 1998 to equal or modestly exceed the estimates of about 32 cents per share.
The Taylor-based auto parts maker expects to report earnings at the close of business on Nov. 2.
