Atlanta-Based Centennial HealthCare to Buy Six Massachusetts Nursing Homes.

Jan. 30 -- Developer Thomas J. Flatley has sold his six Massachusetts nursing homes to Centennial HealthCare Corp., a nursing home company based in Atlanta, for an undisclosed sum.
The sale, which was completed Jan. 1, was confirmed yesterday by Centennial officials in Atlanta.
Flatley could not be reached for comment.
The deal includes Kimwell Nursing Home in Fall River, Charlwell Nursing Home in Norwood, Milton Health Care Center in Milton, Kathleen Daniel Nursing Home in Framingham, Parkwell Nursing Home in Hyde Park, and Hollywell Nursing Home in Randolph. The nursing homes combined have 895 beds.
