Feb. 26 -- A.H. BELO CORP., of Dallas, Texas, yesterday said it reached an agreement with Gannett Co. to acquire KVUE-TV, Gannett's ABC affiliate in Austin, Texas, in exchange for KXTV, Belo's ABC affiliate in the Sacramento area, plus cash of up to $55 million. Belo is a national media company that owns television and newspaper properties, including the Providence Journal Co.
INFINITE GROUP, of Warwick, R.I., is trading under the symbol IMCID until mid-March when it will revert to its former symbol, IMCI. The change began Feb. 16 after the company completed a one-for-five reverse stock split of its common shares to ensure its compliance with Nasdaq SmallCap Market maintenance listing requirements.
