Swimming-Pool Retailer Opens Fourth Store in Chattanooga, Tenn., Area.

Apr. 25 -- Tri-State Pools has opened a fourth location with the start-up of a Fort Oglethorpe store as it dives into the growing North Georgia market.
The company, which sells above-ground pools, tanning beds and supplies, has opened a 4,000-square-foot site at 1563 Battlefield Parkway, said owner Bruce Gans.
"It's an increasing market, a growing area. There's a good economy there," he said about the store in Georgia which is also owned by David Boyd.
Currently, Tri-State Pools is leasing space, but it eventually plans to build in the area, said Mr. Gans, who has been in the pool business for 23 years.
