Jun. 29 -- The still-placid world of British private-client stockbroking has been disturbed in the past few days by an unpleasant blast of modern marketing. A series of advertisements placed by Charles Schwab, the American stockbroker which a few years ago bought what used to be known as Sharelink in this country, offers clients old and new commission-free share dealing.
