Construction Begins on Columbia, Mo., Office Max.

Nov. 9 -- Construction has begun on a new 23,500-square-foot Office Max store at a site just east of the Safeway store at Southeast Mill Plain Boulevard and 136th Avenue in Cascade Park.
Also planned for the site is a new 5,500-square-foot Washington state liquor store, which likely will replace the current store at S.E. 808 Chkalov Drive, said leasing agent Ben Sheldon of The Sheldon Co., Vancouver.
Both projects will be part of Cascade Marketplace retail center, said Sheldon, leasing agent. Opening of the two stores is expected in May.
This will be the second store for Office Max in Clark County. The Ohio-based retailer already operates a store at Vancouver Plaza. At the end of its second...
