Nov. 12 -- PLANO, Texas -- PepsiCo, the owner of Pepsi Cola Co., Frito-Lay Co. and Tropicana Products, plans to consolidate its international data processing operations by fall 2000 to the Frito-Lay campus at Legacy business park in the eastern Denton County portion of Plano.

The move will require some PepsiCo employees to relocate from other data processing centers across the country, but most of the 200 jobs will be filled locally, officials with the Purchase, N.Y.-based company said.
