Iomega Head Sees Room to Grow in Zip, Clik! Computer Storage Devices.

Nov. 18 -- LAS VEGAS -- Iomega Corp.'s new president believes the Roy-based company and its 5-year-old Zip storage device still have a lot of growth ahead of them.
"If I thought this company were capable of [only] 10 percent growth, I wouldn't come here," Bruce Albertson said Wednesday.
Ten percent growth may be unacceptable to Albertson, but it is a lot better than Iomega has done in recent years. The company is expected to end this year with flat sales for the third year in a row.
But Albertson contends sales of the Zip disk drive can be increased by targeting large corporations and through better marketing. Many people, he said, don't know how to use the product. And he sees no reason why nearly...
