Nov. 19 -- Executives of Cadmus Communications Corp. had some explaining to do.

The Richmond printing and graphics company has been wheeling and dealing. And its stock price has been reeling.

"We have made wrenching changes with extraordinary speed," C. Stephenson Gillispie Jr., Cadmus chairman and chief executive, said yesterday at the company's annual meeting. "Some people ... are still struggling to understand these actions."
