Nov. 29 -- Joseph Rallo became dean of the College of Business and Administration and the Graduate School of Business Administration at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs on Aug. 16. He spent the previous seven years at Ferris State University, and has also been an administrator at Michigan Technological University and the U.S. Air Force Academy.
