Los Angeles Jury to Reconvene Monday in Ex-Infoseek Executive's Case.

Dec. 11 -- LOS ANGELES -- The fast-paced trial of former Infoseek executive Patrick Naughton came to an abrupt pause Friday after jurors were sent home for the weekend to ponder what was in the defendant's mind when he traveled to Santa Monica to meet "KrisLA," an Internet chat room partner who portrayed himself as a 13-year-old girl.

FBI agents arrested Naughton Sept. 16 in a sting operation, charging him with three felony counts of crossing state lines to have sex with a minor, using the Internet to try to arrange sex with a minor and possessing child pornography. If convicted, he faces up to 40 years in prison.
