Changes in Management Completed at American Airlines.(Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News)

Jan. 20--FORT WORTH, Texas--American Airlines completed the reorganization of its senior management team yesterday by promoting two veteran financial and marketing executives to senior posts to head the company's finance and planning departments. The reorganization began Jan. 6.
Thomas Horton, previously American's vice president for Europe, was named senior vice president of finance and chief financial officer. And Henry Joyner, previously vice president of marketing planning, was named senior vice president of planning. The promotions were approved yesterday in Miami at a meeting of the board of directors of AMR Corp., American's parent.
