Jan. 31--ASP SERVICES ARE HOT, BOTH IN PERFORMANCE AND IN BIZ SPEAK: I thought today might be a good day for a primer. ASPs are all the buzz in small-business circles. ASP stands for Application Service Provider, a new breed of outsourcing company that uses the Internet to support a variety of business functions.
