American Express Expands Phoenix Campus.(Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News)

Mar. 1--Financial services firm American Express is leasing another big chunk of office space along Phoenix's I-17 corridor, adding to its hub in the area.
The company is taking 140,000 square feet of the Canyon Corporate Plaza II. It will be American Express' sixth building along the growing northwest Valley corridor.
The company's new location at Dunlap Avenue and Interstate 17 is within walking distance from most of its other space in the area, which the company uses for customer services, research and development and computer support.
American Express' Travel-Related Services Group will be the anchor tenant of the Canyon Corporate project developed last year by SR Realty Advisors, said Ashley Brooks Jr. of Cushman & Wakefield. He...
