May 25--FORT WORTH, Texas--Capitalizing on their experience in the airline ticket business, two local entrepreneurs are launching an online service today that promises to give individuals and small-business travelers the same deeply discounted fares that large corporations can negotiate.
Promoters say FaresUSA.com will improve on the Priceline.com business model by offering customers low fares and great service.
FaresUSA.com founders Chris Heisler, a former American Airlines and Sabre Holdings reservations agent and manager, and Derek Snow, a former assistant police chief in Grand Prairie and international tariffs analyst at American Airlines, say their service will offer several differences.
