Jul. 20--"Captain" Larry Ellison is back in choppy waters.

This time, the storm is brewing inside a San Mateo County Superior courtroom where the colorful Oracle CEO and billionaire is being sued by a Florida yacht seller who claims Ellison cut him out of a $700,000 commission on a $10 million yacht Ellison bought in the fall of 1996.

On Wednesday, opening arguments -- by three sets of attorneys -- portrayed Ellison as either an innocent bystander or a despicable cad who intentionally eliminated the yacht seller from the deal.
