Jul. 20--DOTTV HAS SOME DISGRUNTLED CUSTOMERS ON ITS HANDS: dotTV Corp., the latest hatchling from tech incubator Idealab, looks like that rarest of Internet birds: one that's making millions in revenues and has barely any overhead.

But while the bubbly may be flowing at the Internet registry's Pasadena headquarters, a group of disgruntled customers is talking lawsuit.

The company recently garnered media buzz after agreeing to pay as much as $50 million over 10 years to the tiny Pacific nation of Tuvalu. The reason: Tuvalu owns the domain name .tv (in the same way Japan owns .jp and the United Kingdom owns, well surprise, .uk).
