Charleston, W.Va., Doctor Buys Four-Story Office Building for $3.2 Million.(Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News)

Jul. 25--A four-story office building on Players Club Drive has been sold to a Charleston doctor for $3.2 million.

Dr. James H. Walker, a heart and lung physician, said he purchased the building from Huntington National Bank because, "I thought it was a good opportunity." Walker is listed on the property deed as the managing member of S.A.A.C.L.L.C., which purchased the building on July 14.

Walker declined to discuss "the history of the previous ownership." Carolyn Hall, a spokesperson for Huntington Bank, declined to comment about the sale.
