New York Times Newspaper Company Names Executives of New England Group.(Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News)

Aug. 18--The Boston Globe and its parent, The New York Times Co., yesterday named two marketing executives to key positions in advertising and circulation for the New England Newspaper Group.
Mary Jane Patrone, senior vice president of sales and marketing at the Globe, will add to her duties the same role at the New England Newspaper Group. The group includes the Globe and the Worcester Telegram & Gazette, as well as Community Newsdealers and Globe Specialty Products, a direct-marketing unit. Patrone will be responsible for all advertising sales and services, marketing, and promotion for the publications in the group.
