Aug. 25--CHARLOTTE, N.C.--In the spring of 1998, the three founders of Verian Technologies Inc. packed up their software company like college roommates moving to a new apartment.
Just months after starting Verian in downtown Columbia, the former University of South Carolina graduate students decided it was time for a change.
"We were getting a little restless and needed to try something different," said Tehseen Ali, one of Verian's co-founders. "So we threw our stuff in a truck and moved."
Two years later, after landing in Charlotte's Ben Craig Center, it's moving time again for Verian Technologies.
