Burger King to Sell Food from Grand Chute, Wis.-Based Food Company.(Knight Ridder/Tribune Business News)

Sep. 6--Soon they will serve Poppers alongside Whoppers.
Anchor Food Products Inc. this fall will debut its breaded, stuffed jalapenos in 8,300 Burger King restaurants throughout the United States and Canada.
"It's going to be phenomenal the amount of awareness this is going to make for our brand," said S. Andrew Johnston, Anchor's vice president of food-service marketing.
The venture into the food chain arena is not a new one for Grand Chute-based Anchor Foods, 555 Hickory Farm Lane. Its Poppers and other appetizer items are sold through Pizza Hut, Tom's Drive In, Arby's and Culver's restaurants and others.
