Nov. 15--The stock of Columbia-based Seibels Bruce Group was delisted from the Nasdaq National Market at the close of the business Monday.
The company was delisted for failing to meet the minimum bid price, market value of public float and net tangible assets requirements of the Nasdaq Marketplace Rules. The stock closed at 84 cents on Monday and has been trading below $1 for more than month.
Beginning today the Company will be listed on the NASD Over-the- Counter Bulletin Board under the symbol SBIG.
