Dec. 2--Warren Peterson of Warren Peterson Construction recently bought Century 21 Crosstown Realty, 208 Oak St., from Nada Nuanez-Byrum.
Peterson said his real estate company will take on the name "Mission Real Estate Center." Peterson and his wife, Jeanne, a real estate agent formerly with Fred Sands KW & Associates, opened the doors to their new business Nov. 1. They are doing some improvements to the building.
"We hope to kind of let the dust settle here," Peterson said, "and we plan on building our agent staff." There are about 17 agents at the office, all of whom had been a part of Century 21 Crosstown Realty.
Peterson plans to build his staff to 25.
