Feb. 27--A new Ruby Tuesday is going up in a spot in Roanoke County near the corner of Virginia 419 and Brambleton Avenue where residents vehemently opposed construction of a Home Depot store three years ago.
This time, no one's saying a word.
"Evidently, they just didn't want a big box there," said Ralph Williams with Copty & Co., the commercial real estate company that sold the space.
