Florida-Based Chain of RV Dealerships Cuts Workforce and Expansion Plan.

Mar. 14--Holiday RV Superstores, a Fort Lauderdale-based operator of a chain of recreational- and marine-vehicle dealerships, is cutting about 10 percent of its workforce and abandoning plans to create a national brand.
Coinciding with the changes, Ronald G. Huneycutt resigned as chief executive and president of the company, which operates its 14 dealerships under the Recreation USA name. Marcus A. Lemonis, a former operations director for Fort Lauderdale-based AutoNation in Chicago, was tapped as president. Chairman Michael Riley becomes interim CEO.
