Mar. 19--Restaurant marketing executive Chris Havlicek, who helped launched the NBA City restaurant prototype in Orlando in 1999, has moved from Orlando to New York to take on an expanded role for the planned global chain of basketball-themed eateries, company officials said.
NBA City president and chief executive officer Jim Stanley, who is based in Orlando, said Havlicek was promoted to vice president of marketing and works out of the National Basketball Association offices in New York City.
