Russia Holds Firm on Plans to Take California Millionaire to Space Station.

Mar. 21--CAPE CANAVERAL, Fla.--Two truant cosmonauts finally reported for training in Houston on Tuesday as Russia delivered a blunt message to NASA: It's our rocket, and California millionaire Dennis Tito will fly to the international space station whether you like it or not.

Tito's controversial bid to become the world's first space tourist prompted a showdown Monday when the National Aeronautics and Space Administration barred him from training at Johnson Space Center with his two crewmates, Talgat Musabayev and Yuri Baturin. The three were in Houston to study the station's U.S. components before their planned April 30 launch to the outpost from Central Asia...
