Apr. 2--York County Council members will consider Monday passing a resolution that will help attract the headquarters for a corporation being formed by three electric companies in the Carolinas.
The corporation, GridSouth, is being formed by Duke Energy; Progress Energy, the parent company for Carolina Power and Light; and SCANA, the parent company of S.C. Electric and Gas.
