Apr. 3--SEATTLE--Concur Technologies, an expensemanagement software company based in Redmond, is selling its human-resources software division to MBH Solutions, a work-force-management software company in Teaneck, N.J. The Oakland-based division was acquired by Concur in 1999 for 3.4 million shares of Concur stock, or about $130 million at the time. The company did not disclose the financial details of yesterday's sale.
