Russians Delay Launch of Tourist to International Space Station.

Apr. 9--HOUSTON--Even as a dispute persists over Russian plans to fly a millionaire tourist to the International Space Station, NASA and Russian flight controllers have agreed on steps to avoid conflict between their flight and an upcoming U.S. space shuttle mission, officials said Friday.

American mission managers had considered rescheduling the April 19 launch of a shuttle to avoid being there at the same time as the Russian tourist flight, but Thursday they said they will stick to the original start date of the Endeavor's mission to install a new robot arm on the station.
